 Tip #3: Eat Green Vegetables At Every Meal
Also, it’s very important to eat a TON of vegetables. Many people complain of constipation when they decrease their carb intake because they are not getting enough fiber. The solution is to replace the fiber you would normally get from grains and fruit with fiber from vegetables. Eat at least 2 to 3 cups with every meal.

 Tip #4: Eat Protein & Healthy Fat For Breakfast

 Tip #5: Know That People Respond Differently To The No-Carb Phase
Remember how your mother used to tell you how unique you were? Well, she was right. In terms of fat loss, everyone will respond differently. Some people will lose a whole lot of weight at the beginning (let’s not kid ourselves, it is usually the men), while others (that’s us, women) will lose it more slowly. Women tend to hang on to fat a little longer and then all of a sudden, they will drop 4 to 5 pounds.
