Ingredients
1 (15oz) can Soybeans - drained, reserve liquid
1/2 large onion - chopped into chunks

1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp cumin
bread crumbs from 1 slice bread (or about 3 tbsp flour)

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
*Form into ping-pong sized balls, put in lightly oiled (or use non-stick spray), pre-heated skillet over medium heat. Flatten slightly into patties and cook about 2-3 minutes per side.
*Serve as a side item, main course, in sandwiches, or with salad.
*Traditionally served with tahini sauce, but try other sauces from fat-free sour cream to tzitki, to ranch dressing.
